I am a fee-for-service provider which means that you pay for services with either cash or credit card at the time of your visit.  I am a network provider for a few insurance companies and I accept payment for those companies.  For other insurance companies, I will provide you with all the information you need to obtain reimbursement  from your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits.  You may want to check with your plan to obtain details about your reimbursement.

Individual Assessment Session   $150 per 50-minute session
Counseling Sessions                  $125 per 50-minute session
Group Counseling                      $25 per session
Bringing Baby Home^TM                 $65 per couple 
Relationship Consulting               $1.99 per minute
                           
Relationship Consulting is NOT psychotherapy.  It is a telephonic consultation focusing on behavioral-change strategies to help you attain your relationship goals in a positive and supportive manner. 

Insurance
Some services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• What is my co-payment for in-network provider?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician or insurance company?
